WARRANTY INFORMATION

Clean and Cool, LLC. Makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Manufacturer’s warranties do not cover damage due to improper installation, abuse, neglect, or any other failure due to out of ordinary and reasonable consumer use. Warranties are not transferable.

Clean and Cool, LLC.  Motor Vehicle Windshield and Window Cover Kit:
Limited 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation, abuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover attachment kit adhesive failure due to improper surface preparation before installation. Warranty applies to replacement value of parts only.

Improper Cleaning or Abuse: Any damage to our products caused by improper cleaning techniques, or damage caused by abuse, whether accidental or intentional, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Normal Color Fading and Shrinkage: All threads, vinyl or cloth will experience some color fading and normal shrinkage over time. We cannot be held responsible for this unavoidable “aging” process.

If a defect is found in one of our products we reserve the right to have items returned to us for inspection before any adjustment is made. All determinations of warranty credit will be pro-rated based on the length of time the item was in service.

All sales are considered FINAL; clearance sale items are not returnable.

Restocking Charge
Any item, returned for any reason other than what is covered under warranty could be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Online Orders Only: Shipping
Once full payment is received, the order will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment received date and time. Items in stock will ship no later than 3-5 days of payment processed date and time. Items will ship USPS Ground and should be received within 5-7 days of the Shipping date. Items that are not in stock, an email will be sent to the customer with an approximate ship date.
Please note: Our freight charges are based on shipments to the continental United States (48 states). Additional freight charges are required for shipping in Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders. Our customer service department will contact you with a freight cost prior to shipping your order.

Online Orders Only: Cancelations
Cancellations after your order has been processed, if the order has not been processed to ship 100% will be credited to the original method of payment received. If your order has been shipped prior to notice of cancellation, initial shipping charges are not refundable and you will need to request a Return Authorization Number from us, if the return is approved as described under “Returns Authorization” below. Refused merchandise at the time of delivery will incur return shipping charges in addition to a restocking fee.

Online Orders Only: Returns Authorization
It is the customer’s responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be documented with Photos of the damage and immediately reported to Clean and Cool, LLC and the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the freight carrier. Freight carriers will not honor late claims.

All items should be inspected for defects or damage and “dry fitted” prior to being installed. Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. We recommend that all items be professionally installed. Any concern or question as to fit or installation should be brought to our attention. We provide technical support during our normal business hours to help with installations. All reasonable attempts should be made for proper installation before making a return claim. It is at our sole discretion to authorize returns for credit or exchange.

We must be notified of all return claims within 15 days of delivery date of your order. You must call us first to obtain a return authorization. We will give you instructions on how to ship the item. Do not return items without prior authorization. We will not accept shipments to us without a confirmed return authorization. If you are instructed to ship your return prepaid, the items must be shipped back within 10 days of the return authorization and insured for its full value. All items authorized for return must be carefully packaged in its original carton including all packing material. Items must be returned in its unused and resalable condition for proper credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refused merchandise at time of delivery may incur return shipping charges in addition to the applicable restocking fee of 15%.

Items returned under this warranty plan will be exchanged or credited at our discretion. Liability is limited to replacement value of the part only; it does not apply to labor or any indirect or consequential damages.
